Max 50 meters. The driver carries the firewood from the transport vehicle to the desired location, maximum 50 meters from the vehicle. The path must be safe and accessible.
Before delivery, you are responsible for:- the path is a maximum of 50 meters and free of obstacles
- walkways and passages are safe and accessible
- snow and ice are removed and anti-skid treated if necessary
- gates, fences, and road barriers can be opened and a key or access code is available
- floors and sensitive surfaces are protected during carry-in
- a functioning elevator is available for delivery to apartments on floors other than the ground floor
Carry-in service may be refused for example, if the path is steep, slippery, very uneven, difficult terrain, stones, walls, forest, or strong roots. Firewood is not carried between floors in stairwells if there is no elevator or if it is not working.
The driver makes the final assessment on site and may refuse or interrupt the carry-in service if it poses a risk of personal injury or damage to property or goods.
If the carry-in service cannot be performed, we will try to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the firewood may be left in a safe and suitable place as close to the delivery address as the transport vehicle can get. You will not be refunded or charged for the carry-in service.
Inform us when ordering about barriers, long carry-in paths, steep inclines, difficult terrain, or anything else that may affect the delivery.

Is the firewood dry and ready to burn immediately?
Yes, the firewood is dry and ready to use upon delivery. It is suitable for stoves, open fireplaces, wood-burning cookers, wood stoves, hot tubs, pizza ovens, etc. It is easy to light directly on the bark.
How big are the bags?
The firewood is delivered in 40-liter bags. The log length is approximately 28–30 cm and the split size may vary slightly. The bags measure approximately 50 x 70 cm when empty and flat.
How does home delivery work?
You choose the number of bags and place your order directly on the product page. We then deliver the firewood to your address according to our delivery routes. We will contact you well in advance to arrange a delivery date that works for both of us.
