Prices
Our firewood prices are always stated as a total cost, which includes both delivery and VAT. Requests for other volumes or numbers of firewood bags not shown on the website will be provided by quote.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Delivery
We offer deliveries in Stockholm, Västerås, Uppsala, Enköping, and Jönköping. We offer one delivery day per week in each area within Stockholm county. This does not mean that delivery will occur within one week. Depending on the season and based on demand from respective areas, it may take longer.
Home delivery to your door requires that we are granted free transport access to the property, driveway, or entrance, and includes dropping off firewood on a pallet by the delivery vehicle. For deliveries to apartment buildings with stairs, the firewood will be delivered inside the building entrance even if there is an elevator. If assistance with carrying to the apartment door is desired, an extra charge will apply for this service. If carrying assistance is desired, this must be ordered before delivery and will be charged at SEK 350 incl. VAT per commenced half-hour. You will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time.
Payment Terms
Payments are administered with the help of Svea Bank. If you choose invoice, it will be sent via email if you provided an email address at the time of order, otherwise via mail and SMS. It is important that you, as the customer, monitor that the invoice is received no later than 5 days after delivery. We also handle Swish and card payments.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Corporate Invoice
Credit check: When applying for payment via corporate invoice, a standard credit check will be performed, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
Payment terms: The due date and other terms for corporate invoices are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added, as well as interest on arrears of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
Assignment: All corporate invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments related to the invoice shall be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR: When paying via corporate invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, and we will then share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have assigned to Svea Bank. Complaint
We do everything to ensure that the quality of our firewood is always top-notch. However, sometimes errors can occur. If you experience that something is wrong with the firewood you have purchased from us, we would like to know about it so that we can correct it as soon as possible. For us to rectify any errors, you must notify us within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you receive your firewood. Please send us an email with a picture describing what is wrong and how many bags are affected. We will then inspect and replace the faulty bags.
Right of Withdrawal
You can, of course, cancel your purchase within 14 days, but you are responsible for the shipping cost back to our warehouse. We can come and collect the firewood, at a cost of SEK 500.
