How our price guarantee works
If you find kiln-dried Swedish birch firewood of comparable quality with home delivery to your address at a better regular price than ours, we'd like you to tell us about it. If you contact us and show us where, we will match that price and give you an additional 5% discount.
The price guarantee only applies to regular prices. We do not match temporary promotions, clearance sales, discount codes, membership prices, or other limited-time offers.

This is what you need to send us
For us to verify the price, you need to send a link or image showing the product, the price, the company selling the firewood, the product's origin, the bag size, and that home delivery to your address is possible. Once everything matches, you will receive a code to use at checkout that gives you the same price with a 5% discount.

For us to match the price, the product must be comparable to our own birch firewood. This means the product must be sold by a Swedish-registered company, be kiln-dried and manufactured in Sweden, and be available for home delivery to the same address as your order.
The product must correspond to our birch firewood
The price guarantee applies to dry Swedish birch firewood that is at least equivalent to our product. The firewood must be packaged in 40-liter bags with minimum dimensions of 50x70 cm or in an equivalent bag size. It must also be kiln-dried in a chamber, drying room, or using a similar drying method.
Does not apply to air-dried or imported firewood
We do not match prices for air-dried firewood, imported firewood, or products that do not clearly correspond to Swedish kiln-dried birch firewood. The price guarantee is intended to compare equivalent products, not different qualities or types of firewood.
